This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made directly through the IV Design Studio website, operated by IV DESIGN LTD.
Digital Products
IV Design Studio sells downloadable digital products, including eBooks and other digital content.
When purchasing digital content, you may be asked to agree to receive access to the digital product immediately. Where you expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning during the statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that this affects your right to cancel, your right to cancel may be lost once the download or access to the digital content begins, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or does not function as it reasonably should.
If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing or downloading a product you purchased from us, please contact IV Design Studio so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download or other suitable remedy.
Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you believe you have accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
Studio Services
Refunds and cancellations relating to creative or design services provided by IV Design Studio will depend on the individual project, the work agreed, and the amount of work already completed.
Any specific payment, deposit, cancellation or refund terms applicable to a commissioned project will be communicated before or as part of the agreement for that service.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
Apparel and Etsy Purchases
Apparel displayed or promoted by IV Design Studio may currently be sold through Etsy rather than purchased directly through this website.
Orders placed through Etsy are subject to the applicable policies and terms shown on the relevant Etsy listing and store at the time of purchase. Please use the Etsy order system to request assistance with an Etsy purchase.
Refund Processing
Where a refund for a purchase made directly through IV Design Studio is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.
After a refund has been processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund and Returns Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace rights that consumers are entitled to under applicable law.
